At Queblornioezen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
2. Return Eligibility
2.1 Eligible Returns
You may return products within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product is unopened and in its original sealed packaging
- The product is unused and in resalable condition
- All original labels and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products that have been used or tampered with
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at correspondence@queblornioezen.world with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the product in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided in your authorization email
3.2 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The product was defective or damaged upon arrival
- We sent the wrong product
- The return is due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt as proof of return shipment.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:
- Approved: Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Rejected: We will contact you with the reason and return options
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Other payment methods: Processing times may vary
4.3 Refund Amount
Refunds include the product purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- Describe the issue in detail
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
7. Order Cancellation
7.1 Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
7.2 After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or return the package following our return process.
8. European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement. You may use the following template:
"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product name], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address. Date."
You must send back the goods within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a delivery type other than the standard option).
9. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria or that show signs of fraud or abuse. Repeated returns or suspected abuse may result in account restrictions.
